SEEDS' EDC is the green building consultant and lead organizer of a conceptual design and design development team for a 33-acre high density mixed use development that is part of a township downtown master plan.

The project is ongoing. Currently we have a planned unit development (PUD) approval from Fenton Township that in includes using the USGBC LEED rating system and a plan that requires 50% of the commerical buildings to utilize greenroofs.
