The Oryana Natural Foods Market hired SEEDS to coordinate an integrated design team for an expansion and renovation project to complete a 12,000 square foot LEED rated building including café, production and retail space. SEEDS' EDC helped design their wastewater, stormwater and rain catchment / irrigation systems.

During construction, currently underway, SEEDS facilitates communications between the construction manager and store management to ensure effective and efficient timing. We also help the staff keep the public informed about potential inconveniences due to construction as well as innovative design features of the project.
